Over the last 10 years’ J & K Developments have been producing an impressive selection of homes to suit all lifestyles. We have the desire to Plan, Design and build properties of all different shapes and sizes. As well as working for clients we also have the ability to complete our own projects. From selecting the right plot of land right through to the completion of sale to the end user.

This is an area of specialism for us and something we have done a lot of. From single story works, two stories, Kitchen & Bathroom extensions, The list goes on. We have worked alongside a number of clients that no necessarily know what they want which is often the case.
